With 13 years of experience in the fitness industry and 9 years dedicated specifically to strength and conditioning, Jake specialises in powerlifting and martial arts performance.
Having trained and competed in powerlifting for over 10 years and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 7, Jake has a deep, practical understanding of training structure, adaptations, and training periodisation to get the most out of your training.
Jake coaches athletes across all levels, from strength enthusiasts and those aiming to gain experience at their first competitions, to competitors performing on national and international stages.
He has extensive experience guiding athletes from their very first day in the gym through to high-level competition preparation.
