Emma Dixon is a strength and powerlifting coach with over 10 years in the fitness industry and 5 years of dedicated coaching experience. She has coached a wide range of clients, from people new to the gym through to nationally competitive powerlifters across Australia and New Zealand. Emma is known for her ability to build strong, technically sound lifters through thoughtful programming, clear communication, and a focus on long-term progress rather than quick fixes.Through her own experience training with an autoimmune condition, Emma has developed a coaching approach that meets clients where they’re at and adapts as their bodies and lives change. Her coaching is calm, highly individualised, and grounded in strong fundamentals, supporting clients to train hard while respecting recovery and sustainability. Whether the goal is stepping onto the platform or simply feeling stronger, more capable, and confident in their body, Emma creates an environment where clients feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for.
